Our yearly Preventive Care Plan (PCP) is a great way for our patients who do not have dental insurance to save money and receive the best dental care. 

The Preventive Care Plan provides preventive dental services (cleanings, exams, x-rays, fluoride treatments) for a discounted rate. And, includes 20% OFF Additional treatment. There are NO CO-PAYS. 

Our PCP is NOT dental insurance and cannot be combined with any other offer or savings plan.
