Spreading Free Smiles Across Howard County Indiana
Dr. Melissa Jarrell hosted SMILES FOR VETS (in conjunction with Dentistry From The Heart) – provided U.S. Veterans with free dental care on Friday May 30, 2014.
Our Event provided the following:
- FREE DENTAL CLEANINGS
- HEALTH SCREENINGS
- LIMITED DENTAL EXAMS
- ORAL CANCER SCREENINGS
- ORAL HYGIENE INSTRUCTIONS, and
- PERIODONTAL MAINTENANCE for VETERANS
“It all comes down to wanting to provide something greater to my community,” said Dr. Melissa Jarrell. “The services provided by Dentistry From The Heart for our SMILES FOR VETS Event helps more than just a patient’s teeth, it gives them a renewed reason to smile. We honored our Veterans by focusing this event for them, serving hot dogs and apple pie and having a FUN day.”
